2. Services

We provide digital eSIM data plans for travel and global connectivity
Services are delivered electronically via QR codes or activation instructions
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time

3. Payments

Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase
Payment is processed securely via PCI-compliant providers
Failed or disputed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services

4. Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase and activate an eSIM
Purchases for users under 18 must be made by a parent or guardian

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We do not guarantee coverage, speed, or performance in all locations

6. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta, Europe
Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Malta, Europe
